For Thirty Years you nurtured it
And showed us all your literary wit
But its grown up now and flown the nest
And knows your time for a well earned rest
Ill look after it now the best I can
And hope you'll be its biggest fan
Although please don't make it destitute
But do oh do please contribute
With articles either good or bad
This book needs you Ken “your still its DAD”
Its changed a bit since last you saw
But to you we are all still in awe
So don't feel shy to ring or mail
Or write a piece in case we fail
To put in what you liked the best
Or omitted from a visiting guest
Imp sorry my verse is not as good as yours
But vie had a go just for this cause
So thanks to Ken and all the Crew
Don't worry “well keep the cover blue”
